Due to these odd times, living through a Pandemic, we will not be accepting returns at this time. We will, however, work with our customers on a case by case basis. Our Return/Exchange Policy:
We have a simple return policy. We are very confident that you will enjoy our products and the memories that they'll provide. However, we do understand that there are instances where a product may be defective and a return or exchange is necessary - we'll work with you.
Please follow the below instructions if you find that your product is defective. Returns and exchanges only apply to unused products within 30 days of purchase.
In the event that you find that your product is defective in some way (e.g. several whistles make no noise, a veil did not include lettering, etc.) then by all means, we will mail you a new one at no cost, with the fastest shipping method possible.
This is the best option if you still have several days before your special event.
