Return Policy
Temporary Update to Our Return Policy:
Due to these odd times, living through a Pandemic, we will not be accepting returns at this time. We will, however, work with our customers on a case by case basis. If your product is defective, please email us at ClientRelations@PCT.Deals for the next steps. We thank you in advance for understanding.
Our Return/Exchange Policy:
We have a simple return policy. We are very confident that you will enjoy our products and the memories that they'll provide. However, we do understand that there are instances where a product may be defective and a return or exchange is necessary - we'll work with you.
Please follow the below instructions if you find that your product is defective. Returns and exchanges only apply to unused products within 30 days of purchase.
Exchanges:
In the event that you find that your product is defective in some way (e.g. several whistles make no noise, a veil did not include lettering, etc.) then by all means, we will mail you a new one at no cost, with the fastest shipping method possible.
This is the best option if you still have several days before your special event.

Returns:
